Roots + Honey is a line of small batch & handcrafted plant medicines, plant dyed fabrics, and an inclusive safe birthing/reproductive service.


I use herbal medicine, nutrition, & traditional practices to support birthing folx from fertility, birth, postpartum, and loss. I strive to support my local pacific northwest community as well as use locally grown herbs whenever possible.
